HOW TO CHECK IN
Check-in Method
Our facility uses a self-check-in system. As it is unmanned, there is no on-site staff.
The check-in procedure and key unlocking method are provided in a separate guidance email, so please be sure to confirm them yourself in advance.

STEP 1
Unlocking the Smart Lock
Enter the passcode into the smart lock on the front door and enter. The passcode is provided in the guidance email sent at the time of reservation.

STEP 2
Check-in via Tablet
After entering, tap the tablet terminal on the 1st floor counter and enter your reservation code. Then proceed to enter your guest information following the on-screen instructions. The reservation code is provided in the guidance email.
By completing guest information in advance, QR code check-in is possible. Please refer to the pre-entry URL in the guidance email.
If you are unsure of the procedure, please check the instructions on the counter. -
STEP 3
Check-out via Tablet
Please complete your check-out procedure using the tablet terminal on the 1st floor counter. After check-out, the entry passcode will no longer be valid. Please be careful about any forgotten items.

We sincerely apologize, but our facility does not have a dedicated parking lot. If you are arriving by car, please use one of the coin parking lots nearby.

The entire premises—including balconies and outdoor walkways—are strictly non-smoking. Should smoking (including e-cigarettes) on the premises be discovered, we may charge 30,000 yen as compensation for room cleaning and for taking the room out of sale.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so we kindly ask that you contact the site where you made your reservation.

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00. We are very sorry, but early check-in is not available. Please also note that staying beyond the check-out time will incur an additional charge, so we kindly ask you to allow plenty of time.

For safety and security reasons, we are unable to store luggage either before check-in or after check-out. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in using nearby coin lockers or luggage storage services.

Our facility uses a smart lock system, allowing smooth entry without the hassle of a key handover. By the day before your stay, we will send a 4-digit unlock passcode via email or SMS. On the day, press the device above the door handle; once the numbers appear, enter the passcode followed by the check mark to unlock.
